Jobs form

Access all Job-related functions and transactions from the Jobs form. 

Steps:

  1. Navigate to JOBS > Jobs > click on a Job No

The Jobs form enables you to edit the information about a job, as well as create and access the following

Field  Description 
Create a new job  To learn more on how to create a new job, click here
Settings 

Allows you to view and create the following functions relating to the job. 

  • Dates
    • Agency Deadlines 
    • Material Deadlines
    • First and Last Expense Date 
  • Notes 
  • Lock Transaction Types 
  • Interoffice Billing - This allows you to create a supplier invoice when a job is billed. 
Activity 

Allows you to see the activity relating to a particular job. Click to view and create the following functions:

Export  Click to export the job detail report. 
Preview  Click to preview a PDF report about the job. 
Files and Hyperlinks Click to view and attach files and hyperlinks relating to the job.
