Options for creating new client job invoices
There are multiple ways you can produce Client Job Invoices. The option you choose will depend on the circumstances and may vary by Client/Job.
Below are the following options:
- Invoice 100% or a specific percentage of the total of an estimate or multiple estimates, with or without costs.
- Invoice scheduled invoices, with or without costs.
- Invoice 100% or a specific percentage of an individual estimate or components of an estimate, with or without costs.
- Invoice 100% or a specific percentage of an individual estimate or components of an estimate, plus actual costs on the job.
- Invoice actual costs on a specific job.
- Invoice freeform via direct entry.
- Invoice free form using an estimate as the framework.
