      Estimate reporting

      Reporting options for analyzing a single estimate or comparing multiple estimates.

      In addition to exporting a summary or detailed view of your Estimates from the Search Estimates page, you have access to Other Estimate Reports listed below:

      Report Name When you should use it?
      Project Estimate Report To see line item details for one or more estimates. 
      Multi Estimate Export To compare total hours and cost by Estimate line item across multiple jobs.
      Estimate Variance Report To see the variance by line item between two Estimates within a single job.

      Steps: 

      1. Navigate to JOBS > Estimates. 
      2. Use the Filters to narrow down your search, or scroll through the list of JOB NO.

      3. Check the box/es next to the JOB NO. that you wish to view the report on. 
      4. Click on Other Estimates Reports located at the top of the page. 
      5. Select a report from the following options. 

      6. Click OK.
