The Resource Tracker Client Summary Page provides a comprehensive view of resource allocation and client servicing across jobs, departments, and roles. It helps agencies monitor actual vs. estimated hours, manage staffing plans, and analyze client-related resource usage.
Step by Step Guide:
1. Navigate to JOBS > Resource Tracker > Resource Tracker Client Summary.

2. The following filters, buttons, and hyperlinks are available on this page:
Client - Enter or select a client.
Client Manager - Enter or select the client manager.
Job Manager - Enter or select the job manager.
Department - Enter or select a department.
Title - Enter or select a title.
Job Type - Enter or select a job type.
Entity - Choose an entity.
Office - Select an office.
From Date - Enter a from date or start date.
To Date - Enter a to date or end date.
Display - Select how to view the data.

- Full-time employees
Probability - Select a probability status.
Show Product Details - Check to view product details.
Show Sub Department Only - Check to view sub-departments only.
Estimate Probability Weighted? - Check to view the estimate probability weight.
Client Display - Select how to display the data.

3. The Resource Tracker: Client Summary landing page will be presented.

Clear Filters - Clears the information placed in the filters.
Client Servicing Summary - Select how to preview the client servicing summary.
- Detail - Show department & title details
- Summary - Show department totals only
Resource Tracker Report - Sends you to the resource tracker reports options. Client Resources by Department & Title - Select how to preview the client resources by department & title.
