How to Add or edit a URL Link to documents/email
Add or edit a URL link to appear in the body of a client facing document eg Production invoice, or in the text of an email attachment sent from the system
Steps:
- Go to Setup Files
- Setup Options
- Report Setup
- Report Disclaimers
To add a new URL link
- Click on CREATE A NEW REPORT DISCLAIMER
- Enter the Office and the Report
To edit an existing URL link
- Click on relevant ID no to open up the Report Disclaimer you wish to amend
- In the Disclaimer Notes field or in the Email Attachment Notes field click on the hyperlink manager in the Notes field
- This will open up screen where you can add the URL and Link Text
- Click Save & Close
