How to Add or edit a URL Link to documents/email
Add or edit a URL link to appear in the body of a client facing document eg Production invoice, or in the text of an email attachment sent from the system
Steps:
1. Navigate to SET UP FILES > Report Set Up > Reports Disclaimers

To add a new URL link
2. Click New Report Disclaimer

3. Select Office

4. Select Report

5. Click the Hyperlink Manager button

6. Enter a URL

7. Enter a text for the URL in the Link Text field and click OK

8. As an example, here's what the URL link would look like

9. Click Save

To edit an existing URL link
10. Click on relevant ID Key to open up the Report Disclaimer you wish to amend

11. Click on the URL that you want to edit

12. Click the Hyperlink Manager button

13. Click on the field you want to edit. For this example, we will edit the Link Text field to "Terms and Conditions"

14. Click OK

15. Click Save
