How to Add or edit a URL Link to documents/email

Add or edit a URL link to appear in the body of a client facing document eg Production invoice, or in the text of an email attachment sent from the system

Steps:

  1. Go to Setup Files
  2. Setup Options
  3. Report Setup
  4. Report Disclaimers

To add a new URL link

  1. Click on CREATE A NEW REPORT DISCLAIMER
  2. Enter the Office and the Report

To edit an existing URL link

  1. Click on relevant ID no to open up the Report Disclaimer you wish to amend
  2. In the Disclaimer Notes field or in the Email Attachment Notes field  click on the hyperlink manager in the Notes field   
  3. This will open up screen where you can add the URL and Link Text
  4. Click Save & Close
