How to post a Timesheet

By default, our system automatically posts time entries based on a preset schedule set at the office level. Users with approval rights can post these time entries whenever needed.

Steps: 

  1. Navigate to Time & Tasks > Time Posting.
  2. Use the Filters to narrow down your search or scroll through the list of Employee names
  3. By default, the system will show posted transactions only. Change the Show Posted? filter to Unposted Only. 
  4. Check the box to the left of the employee name to Post the timesheet.

  5. Click Post.
