Task Type Billable Rate Hierarchy
What billable rate does the system use?
The most specific billable rate for a task type is the Client Billable Rate. If there is no client-specific rate, the system checks if there's an Office-level Billable Rate for that Task Type. Otherwise, it uses the standard Task Type Billable Rate. The system only uses the Employee Billable Rate if there is no rate on the Task Type record.
