Block Posting to ‘Header’ GL Accounts

Prevent users from Approving transactions which have been coded to GL Accounts designated as ‘Header’ accounts

Step by Step Guide:

1. Navigate to Set up Files > Set up Options.

2. Click on Accounting Options to show all of the use options available.

3. Uncheck ‘Allow posting to Header GL Accounts’.

4. Click SAVE.
