Block Posting to ‘Header’ GL Accounts

Prevent users from Approving transactions which have been coded to GL Accounts designated as ‘Header’ accounts

To turn on switch this block option on under:

1. Navigate to Set Up Files > Set Up Options

2. Click on Accounting Options

3. Uncheck ‘Allow posting to Header GL Accounts’.

4. Click Save
