Budgets - How to Copy from One Version to another
Expense Budgets
Go to Accounting/Budgets/Expense Budgets/Search Expense Budgets
Select the OFFICE you want to copy the Budget for
Select the BUDGET VERSION to the version you want to copy ie Original Budget
Select the ACCOUNTING YEAR you want to copy from as well, if applicable
This will bring up the various expense account budgets in the system for these parameters
Click the check box on the header extreme left , which will check all the individual expense budgets
Click on COPY button
From the next screen Click on COPY button
Client Budgets
Go to Accounting/Budgets/Client Budgets/Search Client Budgets
Select the OFFICE you want to copy the Budget for
Select the BUDGET VERSION to the version you want to copy ie Original Budget
Select the ACCOUNTING YEAR you want to copy from as well, if applicable
This will bring up the various expense account budgets in the system for these parameters
Click the check box on the header extreme left , which will check all the individual Client budgets
Click on COPY button
From the next screen Click on COPY button
Select the BUDGET VERSION to the version you want to copy ie Original Budget
