Budgets - How to Create a New Budget Version

Go to Accounting/Budgets/Expense Budgets/Budget Setup

Click on Budget Versions hyperlink

Click on CREATE A NEW BUDGET VERSION

Enter The Budget Version Name

Define the actual month results you wish to include in this budget version by selecting a month from the drop down box ACTUALS UP TO ACCOUNTING MONTH

Enter a SORT ORDER, which will define the order the BUDGET VERSION will appear on the list of Budget Versions
