How to setup payments based on client paid information

Agencies often follow 'positive pay,' paying supplier invoices after receiving client payments. Include client paid info during supplier payments for efficient cash flow management.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to ACCOUNTING > Payables > Generate a batch of Payments
  2. Enter a percentage in the filter ONLY PAY IF CLIENT HAS PAID THIS %

  3. Click NEXT to display the information regarding the client invoices that have been raised for that job/media estimate and what percentage of those invoices the client has paid.
  4. Click CALC, GENERATE, BACK or CLOSE
