How to copy a job

Create a new job by copying from an existing job

Steps: 

  1. Navigate to Jobs > Jobs.

  2. Select the Job No. that you wish to copy.
  3. Click COPY, located at the top of the page. 
  4. The Job Copy form will be presented.
  5. Select Click on COPY NOW.
  6. The Job Copy Confirmation page will be presented.
  7. Under JOB CREATED  click the new Job No and Description to access the job details page. 
  8. You can now edit the job details if applicable. 

You can also copy sub-jobs and estimates from the Job Copy form by checking the checkbox next to the corresponding sub-job or estimate.
