Custom Expense Report Names
Simplified expense tracking across platforms
- Users can now customize the expense report title by overriding the default "Expense Claim" heading.
- Expense report names are automatically synchronized to the desktop application and appear in the Expense Claim Header Notes section.
Enhanced Credit Card Transaction Validation
Proactive error notification means data accuracy upfront
- Implemented proactive warning system for credit card transactions that alerts users when required fields are missing:
- Job assignment
- Task type
- Description
- Receipt documentation
ENHANCEMENTS
Improved Bulk Task Type Coding
Reduce time spent on repetitive coding tasks
- Improved the existing "Code All" functionality for credit card transactions.
- Users can now assign the same Task Type to multiple transactions without first selecting a Job.
- Streamlines the coding process by removing the previous Job selection requirement.
Location Management Enhancement
Supports compliance requirements while simplifying the submission process
- Resolved critical issues with Expense Location functionality
- Implemented office-specific location requirements:
- Users not required to enter locations can now submit without location data
- Offices requiring location data now see their relevant location list
- Added validation to prevent submission of expense claims without required location data
