Attendee Management

Employees can now add both internal employees and external attendees to expense lines, making it easier to track group expenses.

  • Track Business Meals & Meetings: Easily document who attended your business expenses by adding both internal employees and external attendees to any expense line.
  • Dual-Tab Interface: Quickly toggle between "Employees" and "Non-Employees" tabs to select different types of attendees.
  • Employee Master File Access: Search and select from your complete Accountability employee directory with convenient alphabetical listing.
  • External Attendee Management: Add and select external business contacts with their professional details (name, title, and company).
  • Multiple Selection Support: Select multiple attendees at once with visual confirmation checkmarks.
  • Add New External Contacts: Create new external contact profiles on-the-fly when needed.
  • Attendance Counter: Clear indication of total attendees with "+3" notation on the main expense screen.
  • Edit Flexibility: Easily modify attendee lists at any time before submitting an expense.

This feature streamlines compliance with expense policies that require documenting all participants for business meals and entertainment expenses. 

Note:

Attendees can be added for any expense category ("task type") at this time. Attendee management is not limited to meal or entertainment task types.

🔧 FIXES

Timesheet "Submit" Option

We have fixed an issue where users were seeing the "Submit" button on their timesheet despite their Employee profile being set to not require timesheet submission. Now, the interface correctly matches your profile settings.
