Enhanced SmartScan Performance

Updated Choose Attendees Experience

What is it?

A usability improvement to the attendee selection process for time and expense entries.

Why does it matter?

Previously, after tapping Apply, users had no confirmation that their selections were saved. This caused occasional rework.

How does it work?

  • The app now provides visual feedback when tapping Apply, confirming the selection.

Clearer Job Description Display in My Time

What is it?

A display enhancement to improve readability of Job Descriptions in the My Time module.

Why does it matter?

Job Descriptions were previously compressed into a single line, making them difficult to read and easy to overlook.

How does it work?

Job Description now appears on its own line, making time entry and review clearer and easier.


Mobile-Specific Access Controls

What is it?

New user permissions for the mobile app that operate independently of desktop permissions.

Why does it matter?

Previously, mobile permissions were tied to desktop permissions, limiting flexibility. Organizations needed a way to grant mobile access without granting full desktop access.

How does it work?

Admins can now enable mobile access for:

  • My Time

  • My Expenses

  • My Credit Cards

This allows organizations to grant access based on mobile needs without affecting desktop roles.

Bypass SSO Now Available on Mobile

What is it?

Support for the same Bypass SSO capability already available in the desktop app.

Why does it matter?

Some users—such as contractors, freelancers, or part-time staff—may not have SSO credentials. Offering a secure direct-login option ensures they can still access the mobile app.

How does it work?

  • Admins designate which users can bypass SSO.

  • Selected users can log in using a direct username and password.

  • All standard password security rules still apply.
