Expense receipt itemization

You can now split one receipt into separate expense items in the COUNTA App.

  • Use Smart Scan to analyze a receipt and suggest itemization, or create the split manually when Smart Scan doesn't detect multiple items.

  • Review and edit receipt lines, add missing lines, assign different Task Types or Job Nos., mark personal charges as non-reimbursable, and complete any required coding.

  • The app calculates each item amount from its assigned receipt lines and flags missing required fields before you save.

Partially Approved status for Expense Claims and Credit Card transactions

Partially Approved is now included in the status list for Expense Claims and Credit Card transactions.

It shows that a transaction is actively moving through approval: at least one required approval is complete and one or more approvals are still outstanding.
