Default text on reminders set up options

Accountability provides the option to configure system generated reminders to match the organizations workflow.

1. Navigate to Set Up Files > Set Up Options.

2. Expand Default text for Reminders

3. Subject text for credit card reminders.
Create a default subject for system-generated reminders.

4. Subject text for missing timesheet reminders.
Create a default subject for system-generated reminders.

5. Subject text for supplier invoice approval reminders.
Create a default subject for system-generated reminders.

6. Subject text for purchase order approval reminders.
Create a default subject for system-generated reminders.

7. Subject text for leave request manager approval reminders.
Create a default subject for system-generated reminders.

8. Subject text for expense claim approval reminders.
Create a default subject for system-generated reminders.

9. Subject text for credit card approval reminders.
Create a default subject for system-generated reminders.

10. Click Save.
