Define sender details on reports

Use Report Disclaimers to set a standard Sender Name Company Name to display on emailed reports, including client invoices.

1. Navigate to Setup Files>Report Setup and select "Report Disclaimers".

2. To update the sender details for client job invoices, filter on the Report Name of "Client Job Invoice". Click on the hyperlink for the disclaimer.

3. By default, the name of the person who sends the invoice (or report) from Accountability will appear as the e-mail sender. If you want to set a standard sender name, like the name of your Department, enter this in the "Name of Sender in Emails".

If you want the agency name to appear on the email subject, enter that name on the "Name of Sending Company in Email Subject".

4. Generate the respective report and email it as an attachment. For client job invoices, ensure you have a Client Contact defined.

The email will have the sender and company names you defined in the Report Disclaimer.
