      How to delete timesheet lines in real time

      Accountability now allows real-time deletion of timesheet lines instead of only deleting zero-hour lines overnight. Users can now clean up their timesheets immediately.

      Steps: 

      1. Navigate to My Menu > My Time. 
      2. Click on the X at the end of the row you wish to delete.

      • A timesheet line can only be deleted if the timesheet has not been submitted or approved. 
      • If a timesheet line with a pinned job is deleted, that pinned job is also removed from the other weeks with zero hours, effectively removing the pin. 
      • Deleted lines will no longer be viewable on the timesheet. Re-add the entry if the deletion was made in error.
