Display Public Holidays on Timesheets
As an Accountability Administrator, you can define public holidays at the office level. These days are then marked as Public Holidays on employee timesheets.
- Navigate to Master Files>Employees
- On the top of the page, click on the Public Holidays link.
- You can define public holidays directly on the screen as follows.
Office Leave this blank if the public holiday applies to all offices. If your Accountability database includes offices across countries, you'll need to define the public holiday at the office level. See Import function. Holiday Description Enter the Holiday Name here Start Date and End Date
Enter the Start and End dates of the public holiday. For one-day holidays, set the End Date to equal the Start Date. Holiday Days
This is a calculated based on the Start and End Date entered. - For ease of set-up, you can define public holidays in Excel by using the Accountability import template. Click on the Import link on the upper-right hand of the page as shown on the screenshot below.
