Employee job summary

This guide explains how to generate an Employee Summary Time Report to track hours, categorize time, and customize reports for accurate analysis.

Step by Step Guide:



    1. Navigate to TIME & TASKS > Time Reports.

    2. Expand the Employee Time Reports and click on Employee Summary Time Report hyperlink.

    3.
    Fill in the following field:

        • FROM | TO - Date range field
        • GROUP LEVEL 1 - Select the first Group in the report
        • GROUP LEVEL 2 - Select the second Group in the report
        • CATEGORIES - Select the time categories you would like to include in the report.
          • Billable
          • Non Billable
          • Unposted
          • Public Holidays
          • Leave
