Employee summary time report

A summary of timesheet data by Employee for a selected range of dates, grouped according to selected options including Client, Job and Task Type.

Steps:

1.     Navigate to TIME & TASKS>Time Reports

Label  Field  Description
a FROM | TO Date range field 
b GROUP LEVEL 1 Select the first Group in the report 
c GROUP LEVEL 2 Select the second Group in the report 
d CATEGORIES 

Select the time categories you would like to include in the report.

  • Non Billable 
  • Unapprovded
  • Public Holidays
  • Leave
e JOB NO Enter a specific Job Number
f INCLUDE SUB JOBS Include sub jobs in the report 
REPORT BY MASTER JOB Generate a report using a master job
