Employee task time report

This guide explains how to use the Employee Task Time Report to summarize timesheet data by task type and analyze time distribution.

Step by Step Guide:

      1. Navigate to TIME & TASK > Time Reports:

      2. Select and expand Employee Task Time Report

      3. Employee Task Time Report Fields Defined:

          • Date Range [FROM - TO] - Enter the date range of the report
          • INCLUDE - Indicate what time report date to include: Billable, Non Billable, Unapproved, Public Holidays, Leave
          • JOB NO. - Enter a specific Job Number
          • INCLUDE SUB JOBS - Click the checkbox to include sub jobs
          • REPORT BY MASTER JOB? - Click the check box to include master jobs
          • USE OFFICE HOME CURRENCIES / CONVERT TO SELECTED CURRENCY - Select Use Office Currencies to view the report using the default Currency. Select Convert to selected currency to view the report in another currency

      4. Generate the Report

          • After setting your filters, click Preview to view the report on-screen.
          • Alternatively, click Excel, Export, or Chart to download or visualize the data.
