Employee utilization report
Shows the total hours, billable hours, the billable value of those hours, non-billable hours and the number of hours actually billed to Clients along with the amount Billed.
Overview
A summary of timesheet data by Employee for a selected range of dates, and the number of hours for each Employee actually billed to Clients, grouped by Client. Shows the total hours, billable hours, the billable value of those hours, non-billable hours and the number of hours actually billed to Clients along with the amount Billed. The "Billed" hours data and value are only relevant where you assign an Employee code to Client Job Invoice lines - if you do not do this consistently then this data could be misleading.
Steps:
1. Navigate to TIME & TASK>Time Reports
2. Select Employee Utilisation Report
3. Employee Utilisation Report Fields
- The required fields enables the user to select a specific time period by selecting the start year and month and the end date year and month.
