Expense and Credit Card Attendees

The Expense and Credit Card Attendees feature allows users to assign internal employees or external individuals as attendees on individual expense claims and corporate credit card transactions. This mirrors functionality available in the mobile app, providing consistency across platforms for users, proxies, and approvers.

Add Attendees to Expense Claims

Steps:

  1. Navigate to: Time > My Expenses

  2. Open an expense claim

  3. Locate the new "Attendees" column.

  4. Click the attendee icon to open the attendee selection dialog

  5. Choose internal and/or external attendees

 

Add Attendees to Corporate Credit Card Transactions

Steps:

  1. Navigate to: Time > My Corporate Credit Cards

  2. Open a transaction form

  3. Use the "Attendees" column and icon to select attendees

  4. Click the attendee icon to open the attendee selection dialog

  5. Choose internal and/or external attendees

Note: This functionality only applies to the new corporate credit card page. Legacy pages do not support attendees.

This feature ensures that all relevant parties are documented on expenses and credit card transactions, improving transparency, tracking, and approval workflows across the platform.
