Apply title/ task type restrictions to employee expenses

Restrict title/task restrictions.

Expense claims require line descriptions.

Require a line description on all expense claims.

Credit cards require line descriptions

Require a line description on all credit card descriptions.  

All Expense Claims require line receipts

Require receipts for all expenses

All Credit Cards require line receipts

Require receipts for all expenses

Number Expense Claims by employee

By default, the expense claims numbering sequence goes across all employees within an office.  Enable this option to make expense claims numbers unique by employee.

Expense Claims and Credit Cards must be assigned to a job

This requires all billable and non-billable expense lines to have a Job. If this is not enabled, non-billable expense lines only require a Task Type.

Include 'Billable' check box on My Expenses and My Corporate Credit Card pages?

If this is enabled, a "Billable" column is displayed on the My Expenses form to drive the list of jobs. 

If the "Billable" checkbox on the form is checked, the list of Jobs will only include billable jobs. If it's unchecked, the list of jobs will only include Non-billable jobs. 

This option can be unchecked for Billable jobs if the expense is not billable to the client.
