Regional Settings - Data Format Configuration

Regional Settings in the system are configured at the user level to provide maximum flexibility for international users. Follow these steps to customize your data format:

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Access Your Settings
   • Click on the menu options under your name  
   • Select My Settings from the dropdown menu
2. Navigate to Regional Settings
   • Within the My Settings page, locate and click on Regional Settings
3. Configure Data Format
   • Find the Data format field
   • Select the appropriate locale code from the dropdown menu

European Number Formatting

If you need European-style formatting where:

• Period (.) is used as the thousands separator
• Comma (,) is used as the decimal separator

Set your Data format to de-DE (German). This will display:

• Currency: EUR 6.034,50 instead of  EUR 6,034.50
• Numbers: 1.234,56 instead of 1,234.56
