[FAQ] How do I see all of my historical expenses

By default My Expenses is filtered to Unpaid plus Un-Submitted and Manager Rejected expense claims. This ensures that users are focused on actionable and open expense claims. 

To see all historical expense claims regardless of the status:

  1. Select the option Paid & Unpaid claims

2. Click on the search icon in the Status field

You'll see that only Un-Submitted and Manager Rejected are selected.  Check the box next to the Status header to multi-select all options. Click Select and My Expenses will now show all of your expense claims.

The system remembers the filters you have applied on the screen, so you only need to do this once.  To revert back to the system default, click Clear Filters
