"File doesn't exist" message
What does "File doesn't exist" error mean?
When users see this error message, it means Accountability's security system detected the file as potentially malicious and automatically deleted it to protect users.
How does this work?
Accountability's system automatically scans all uploaded files. If a file is flagged as potentially harmful, it's immediately removed from the system. When users try to access a removed file, they'll see the "File doesn't exist" message.
What should I do if I get this error?
If you receive a "File doesn't exist" error while trying to access a file:
- Check that your file is from a trusted source
- Scan it with antivirus software before uploading
- Try uploading the file again
- Contact support if you continue to experience issues
