How Format Email Text on Emails of PDF Attachments

This guide explains how to format text for emails when sending documents via the ‘EMAIL PDF ATTACHMENTS’ function.

Step by Step Guide:

Format the text to appear in emails when sending documents via the ‘EMAIL PDF ATTACHMENTS’ function (such as Production Invoices, Sundry Invoices, Client Statements, Payment Remittance Advices).

1. Navigate to Set Up Files.

2. Click on Report Set Up > Report Disclaimers.

3. Open the ‘Report Disclaimer’ for the relevant report/document.

4. Enter the text in the box ‘EMAIL PDF ATTACHMENT NOTES’ on bottom right of the page and use the format options to format the text. Click on Save after.
