How Format Email Text on Emails of PDF Attachments
Format the text to appear in emails when sending documents via the ‘EMAIL PDF ATTACHMENTS’ function (such as Production Invoices, Sundry Invoices, Client Statements, Payment Remittance Advices).
Steps:
- Setup Options
- Report Setup
- Report Disclaimers.
- Open the ‘Report Disclaimer’ for the relevant report/document a
- Enter the text in the box ‘EMAIL PDF ATTACHMENT NOTES’ on bottom right of the page and use the format options to format the text.
