How to add Specific Jobs to a retainer

By adding specific jobs to retainers, you can plan your resources better and offer clients top-priority service.

Steps: 

  1. Navigate to ACCOUNTING > General Ledger > Retainers.
  2. Use the Filters to narrow down your search, or scroll through the list of CLIENT.
  3. Select the CLIENT name you wish to add specific jobs for.  
  4. Click Specific Jobs on the top of the page. 
  5. Click ADD JOBS TO THIS RETAINER
  6. Check all the JOB NO. that you wish to add to the retainer. 
  7. Click OK
