How to add Specific Jobs to a retainer
By adding specific jobs to retainers, you can plan your resources better and offer clients top-priority service.
Steps:
- Navigate to ACCOUNTING > General Ledger > Retainers.
- Use the Filters to narrow down your search, or scroll through the list of CLIENT.
- Select the CLIENT name you wish to add specific jobs for.
- Click Specific Jobs on the top of the page.
- Click ADD JOBS TO THIS RETAINER.
- Check all the JOB NO. that you wish to add to the retainer.
- Click OK.
