How to build Online Media Schedules
Online Media schedules are used for digital placements such as display, video, mobile, or search. These schedules capture cost models, volumes, and formats to calculate client billing and supplier costs.
Steps to Build an Online Media Schedule

Create or open a Media Schedule.

Select Add Mediums and choose an Online Medium (e.g., Google Display Network, Facebook Ads, YouTube).

In the placement screen, complete the following details:

Date: Start date of the online insertion.

Number of Insertions/Spots: Required field to define the insertion count.

Volume Type: Select one of the following:

Cost Per Thousand (CPM)

Cost Per Click (CPC)

Volume: Enter the total impressions, clicks, or quantity based on the volume type.

Rate: Enter the cost per unit (required).

Markup: Add a percentage markup if applicable.

Format: Choose from Blogger/Outreach, Custom/Immersive, In Feed/Newsfeed, Measurement, Production, Recommended Widget, or Other.

Seconds: Duration of ad if applicable (e.g., video placement).

Job Number: Link to a job if required.

Booking Deadline: Last date bookings can be confirmed.

Add Loadings and Discounts if required.

Click Calc to calculate client billing and supplier payable totals.
