How to cancel media bookings

Media bookings can be cancelled if a placement is no longer required. Cancellations may retain the spot in the schedule or remove it entirely, depending on agency needs.

Steps to Cancel Media Bookings

Cancel but keep the spot in the schedule

  1. Open a Media Schedule and select the Medium containing the booking.

  2. Check the box next to the booked spots or insertions.

  3. Click Cancel.

  4. Enter notes if required, then click OK.

  5. Optionally print a cancellation confirmation.

  6. The booking record will show both the original booking and its cancellation.

Cancel from Media Bookings

  1. Go to NAVIGATION BAR > MEDIA > Media Bookings.

  2. Search for the booking you want to cancel.

  3. Check the box next to the booking.

  4. Click Cancel Booking.

  5. Add notes if required, then confirm.

Cancel and delete the spot from the schedule

  1. Follow the same steps as above.

  2. Instead of selecting Cancel, choose Cancel and Delete.

  3. The booking and its associated spot or insertion will be removed.
