How to create, and submit a corporate credit card bill
This guide shows how to quickly create and submit a corporate credit card bill with required details and receipts.
Step by Step Guide:
Create a credit card bill
1. Navigate to MANAGE > Credit Cards.

2. Click New Credit Card Bill.

3. Enter or select the following fields:
- Employee
- Supplier
- Date
- Default Tax Code

4. Click More Lines and enter the necessary information.

5. Click Add from receipt photos.

6. Click Upload, select the receipts, and then click Attach.

7. Click Save.
Submit a credit card bill
8. Navigate to MANAGE > Credit Cards.

9. Change the status filter to Un‑Submitted to display all unsubmitted credit card bills.

10. Click on the Bill No. that needs to be submitted.

11. Click Submit.

12. Or select the checkbox beside the bill number and click Submit.
