Create a credit card bill
Steps:
- Navigate to MANAGE > Credit Cards.
- Click CREATE A NEW CREDIT CARD BILL.
- Enter or select the following fields.
- EMPLOYEE.
- SUPPLIER
- DATE
- DEFAULT TAX CODE
- Click ADD LINE.
- Enter the necessary information.
- Click ADD FROM RECEIPT PHOTOS.
- Click Upload and select the receipts.
- Click Attach.
- Click SAVE & CLOSE.
Submit a credit card bill
Steps:
- Navigate to MANAGE > Credit Cards.
- Change the status to Un-Submitted.
- Click on the Bill No. that needs to be submitted.
- Click SUBMIT.
