How to create and manage Material Key Numbers
Material Key Numbers identify creative assets linked to media placements. They allow agencies to track which creative was used for each spot or insertion, supporting both operational control and client reporting.
Steps to Create a Material Key Number

Go to NAVIGATION BAR > MEDIA > Media Material.

Select Create a New Key Number.

Complete the required fields:

Client: Select the client.

Media Type: Choose the relevant media category.

Description: Enter a description of the creative material.

Complete optional fields if needed:

Job Number: Link the material to a job.

Size: Specify dimensions or duration of the creative.

Click Save or Save and Close.

The Key Number will be assigned automatically, or you can enter a manual number if needed.
Steps to Search for a Material Key Number

Go to NAVIGATION BAR > MEDIA > Media Material.

Select Search Media Material.

Use filters such as Client, Job Number, Media Type, or Description.

Review results and select the relevant Key Number.
