How to create client billing reports

Analyze billing data by a client for a selected range of months.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to ACCOUNTING > General Ledger > General Ledger Reports.
  2. Select Client Billings & Revenue Reports.
  3. Click Client Billings Report -  The purpose of this report is to analyze billing data for a selected range of months – with various options for the level of detail to be reported:
  4. Select from one of the following Detail Options to be reported

    • CLIENT TOTALS ONLY 
    • BUDGET CATEGORY TOTALS 
    • GL ACCOUNT TOTALS 
    • TRANSACTION DETAILS 
  5. Select one of the reporting action buttons to access the report 
    • EXCEL
    • PIE CHART
    • BUDGET CATEGORY PIE CHART
    • BAR CHART
    • EXPORT
    • PREVIEW
