How to create client utilization reports

Compare FTE per payroll and budget and resource tracker by department and role.

The purpose of this report is to compare by department and title (i.e., role).

  • Full-Time Employees (FTEs) as per the Payroll – this data comes from the Payroll data (both actual and budget, depending on the range of months being reported and the budget version selected – and is expressed as FTEs.

  • Full-Time FTEs as per the Resource Tracker – this data comes from the Resource Tracker data – the number of hours agreed expressed as FTEs.

  • The Variance between Payroll FTEs and Resource Tracker FTEs

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Jobs > Resource Tracker > Resource Tracker Reports.
  2. Click Client Utilization Reports.
  3. Select a REPORT FORMAT.

  4. Click EXCEL, EXPORT, CHART, or PREVIEW.
