How to define a client currency
The currency for a client (Client Currency) will default to the Office Home currency from the Office selected for the client, in the client setup screen.
This can be changed, for example you may have a client, which is to be invoiced in another currency other than the Office Home currency.
- To change the Client Currency select the Currency from the drop down menu in the Client Setup Screen in the field DEFAULT CURRENCY
- Click on Save or Save and Close button
This will mean that all Estimates and Invoices created for this client will be in the Client Currency unless overridden at the point of creating a transaction. It will also mean that any Billable Rates created for this Client will be set in the Client Currency unless overridden at the point of creating a transaction.
