How to reset expired CSI user credentials

This guide shows how to reset expired CSI credentials

If you encounter a User Credentials Have Expired message when trying to use the Send to CSI link to transfer payments to CSI, it's required to reset your password and re-enter your credentials in Accountability.

Step by Step Guide:

    1. Reset the expired password in CSI.

    2. Navigate to SET UP FILES > Company Settings

    3. Click "API Integrations"

    4. Click on CSI Credentials.

    5. Enter the new password in the Accountability CSI Credentials.

    6. Click Save

    Tip: Once the new password has been entered into the CSI Credentials page, it will clear out for security reasons, and you can resubmit payment using Send to CSI
