How to reset expired CSI user credentials
If you encounter a User Credentials Have Expired message when trying to use the Send to CSI link to transfer payments to CSI, it's required to reset your password and re-enter your credentials in Accountability.
Steps:
- Reset the expired password in CSI.
- Navigate to SET UP FILES > Set Up Options
- Click API Integrations located at the top of the page.
- Click on CSI Credentials.
- Enter the new password in the Accountability CSI Credentials.
- Once the new password has been entered into the CSI Credentials page, it will clear out for security reasons, and you can resubmit payment using Send to CSI
