How to run client resources by department & title report
This report compares departmental actual and agreed-on FTEs highlighting variances and analyzing actual vs. agreed client FTE by department using the resource tracker.
Steps:
- Navigate to JOBS > Resource Tracker > Resource Tracker Client Summary.
- Use the filters to set up the report content.
- Click on Client Resources by Department & Title at the top of the page.
- Check the DATA TO INCLUDE in the report.
Department & Title Description RESOURCE TRACKER Agreed Full-Time FTEs – the number of hours agreed expressed as FTEs. ACTUAL Actual Full-Time Employees (FTEs) – this data comes from the Timesheet data – and is expressed as FTEs. VARIANCE The Variance between Actual & Agreed. - Click EXCEL to view the report.
