How to search for a job
Quickly locate and manage jobs within the platform.
1. To Access the Search Jobs Landing page. Navigate to JOBS then select Jobs

2. Understanding the Search Jobs Screen:
The Search Job screen includes several key sections to enhance job search and management:
- New Job Button: Click the New Job button in the top-right corner to create a new job entry.
- FILTERS: Click to open filter options and narrow down your job search based on various criteria. Use Clear Filters to reset the search parameters.
- Audit Trail: View historical records of job-related activities for tracking changes.
- Transaction Locks: Check if jobs have any locked transactions to prevent further edits.
- Campaigns: Access job-related campaigns.
- Job Types: View different job types and their associated details.
- WIP Report: Generate Work-In-Progress reports for ongoing jobs.
- Custom Report: Create and view customized job reports.
- Talent Client Sponsorships (Optional) : Track sponsorships linked to talent clients.
- Excel: Export job data to an Excel file.
- Preview: Preview the job details without navigating away.
- Layout: Customize the column layout and sort order for a personalized view.
- Preview: Preview the job details without navigating away.
- Print: Print the job list or selected job details.

Tip: The Search Job screen displays up to 50 records per page by default. Users can personalize their view and sort order based on their preferences using the Layout section.
3. Searching for Jobs:
- Select the Job No.: You can search for additional job numbers by cycling through the page numbers located at the bottom-right of the screen.
- Use Filters: Click on FILTERS to enter or select a Job No. or Job Description.

Alert:
⚠️ Office Restrictions:
Users can only see jobs for the offices they have access to.
⚠️ Active Jobs Display:
By default, only Active Jobs are shown.

4. Inactive Jobs:
Once a job is completed and all costs are accounted for, it is marked Inactive and removed from the Browse screen.
To view inactive jobs, use the drop-down box at the top of the screen to select one of the following options:
- Active Jobs only
- Active and Inactive Jobs
- Inactive Jobs only

Tip: Check Just Show My Jobs? to view only jobs assigned to you.
