How to search for a Job
Find active or inactive jobs within the platform
Video Tutorial:
Steps:
1. Navigate to JOBS > Jobs.
2. The Search Job screen will display up to 50 records on each page in alphabetical client code order from the oldest to the newest job.
a. Select the Job No. - Search for additional Job No. by cycling through the page numbers displayed on the bottom right of the screen.
b. Click on FILTERS to enter or select a Job No. or Job Description.
You can also change the Column & Data Sort Order for a more personalized view. To learn more click here:
- You can only see Jobs for the Offices they have access to.
- The default display setting is to show all Active Jobs.
- Once a job is completed and all costs have been accounted for, it will be made Inactive and will cease to appear on the Browse screen.
- You are able to display the Inactive Jobs by checking the box alongside Show Inactive at the top of the screen.
- You can reactivate a job by opening the job and checking the ACTIVE box.
- You can also display your jobs by checking the box alongside Just Show My Jobs?
- Display jobs opened from a certain date by selecting the date from the drop down calendar menu.
