How to use Media Reports
Media Reports provide detailed analysis of client spend, supplier costs, bookings, and profitability. They include both high-level expenditure summaries and detailed reconciliation reports to ensure accuracy and transparency.
Expenditure Summaries

Client Media Expenditure Summary: Breaks down client spend by product and medium, including base cost, discounts, loadings, supplier gross/net, client gross/net, service fees, and taxes.

Media Billings & Revenue Summary: Compares client billings against supplier costs, showing revenue items such as markups, service fees, and commissions.

Client Monthly Media Expenditure: Tracks client spend by month across selected offices and products, providing visibility of spend patterns over time.

Medium Expenditure Summary: Summarizes spend by Medium to see which channels drive the most cost.

Client Insertion List

Client Insertion List: Detailed listing of all client insertions, including schedule, medium, booking number, client invoice, supplier invoice, and financial breakdowns such as gross, commission, service fees, and subtotals.
Media Cost Reconciliation

Media Cost Reconciliation Report: Matches client invoices to supplier invoices, showing balances outstanding by aging (current, 1 month, 2 months, etc.) for reconciliation and profitability validation.
Steps to Run Media Reports
