How to search for a Journal

This guide provides a straightforward method for efficiently searching for journals within Accountability. 

Step by Step Guide: 

    1. Navigate to Accounting > General Ledger > Journals.

    2. Use the Filters to narrow down your search, or scroll through the list of Journal No.

    3. By default, the Search Journals screen only displays a listing of Unposted Only journals. Go to the SHOW POSTED? filter and select a different view if needed.

    4. The Search Journals screen will display up to 50 records on each page.
