This guide explains how to mark an employee as inactive in the Counta system and reverse the change if needed.

How to mark an employee as inactive in the Counta system and how to reverse the change if needed.



1. Navigate to Master Files > Employees

2. Click on the relevant Employee's Name

3. Enter the employee's last date in the 'End Date' field

4. To reactivate an inactive employee, simply delete the 'End Date'

You can though of course find out the specific date an employee record was made inactive in the system (or get information on the date/time of every addition, change or deletion of employees) via the 'Audut Trail' from the EMPLOYEES page.

5. Click 'Save'




If you see this pop up, please use the magnifying glass to select the new client manager, then enter in the end date again.
