How to set up media options

Navigate to SET UP FILES > Set Up Options.
Click MEDIA OPTIONS.
Use the checkbox to enable or disable a specific accounting transaction feature.

Disclose Service Fee on Client Media Invoice	Allows service fees to be itemized on client media invoices. Only relevant if using the Media function.	Unchecked
Media Client Invoice requires appearance reconciliation	Enforces reconciliation of appearances before client invoices are finalized.	Unchecked
Media Supplier Invoice requires appearance reconciliation	Requires reconciliation of appearances before supplier invoices are approved for payment.	Unchecked
Use Freewheel Media	Enables integration with the Freewheel Media system for media planning and tracking.	Unchecked
Use Media	Activates media-specific workflows and options within the platform.	Unchecked
Use Media Sales Less COGS Accounting	Tracks media sales and cost of goods sold (COGS) separately, offering detailed financial reporting.	Unchecked
