How to record and submit time on the go
Easily record your time in Accountability from your phone or tablet device. Chrome or Safari browsers recommended.
At a glance view of your current day's time
Navigate to the menu icon , click your name, then select My Time to access your timesheets.
Enter time
- Click the + (plus) button at the bottom of your screen. This will bring up a blank Add Time form.
- Enter a job number or search for a job by clicking on the magnifying glass from the Job ID field.
- Task Type - The system will display the default task type. Enter or search for the relevant task type by using the magnifying glass.
- Enter the time worked in the Billable Hrs and/or Non-Billable Hrs fields. You can enter time up to 2 decimal places.
- Optional - Enter a note in the box below the hours.
- Click SAVE to save the entered time and return to the timesheet
Pro Tips
- Pin the lines to be carried onto other timesheet weeks, saving you time from searching for the same job numbers again.
- Once a job has been added to the timesheet, click on the job to bring up the Add Time page and enter time for each day of the timesheet week on that page.
