New labels

The following functionalities have not changed but have been relabeled to better describe what they do.

  • The Columns button has been relabeled to Layouts and moved to the upper right portion of the page.
  • My Expense Report has been relabeled to My Expense Summary to be consistent with all on-screen summaries f

Directly edit job and task types on the main page

You can now code expenses directly on the main page, removing the need to "Edit Line" once a line has been added, making it more efficient.

Link or upload receipts with the paperclip Icon

Each expense line will have a paperclip icon that allows you to link emailed receipts or upload a receipt from your desktop or device.

Billable vs non-billable expenses

By default, the Billable checkbox is enabled.  This will bring up all client-billable jobs in the Job No. field.  Uncheck this box if you are recording expenses against a non-billable job.   Unchecking this box also allows you to code non-billable expenses directly to a task type, i.e,f without a job number (if your agency allows it).

Expense Claim Proxy

This functionality allows you to designate an employee as a proxy for another employee for Expense Claims. For example, an Executive Assistant might be designated as a proxy for a leader on the Executive team.
