Payroll System Integration - Office Mapping
Map Payroll System Company with Accountability Office

Overview
This function allows an agency to map their payroll system's location name or ID with the corresponding office code in Accountability. This only applies to companies who have enabled Accountability's payroll journal integration.
Steps
- Navigate to Set Up Files > Custom Data and click the Create a New Custom Data button.
- On the Custom Data form, populate these fields as follows:
- Data Type - Choose Payroll System Location from the drop-down list.
- Text - Enter the Payroll Company Code or Name that will be included in the payroll journal file generated from your payroll system
- Office - Select the corresponding Office for the Payroll Company you entered. When the journal is received from the payroll system, the entries will be imported into this office in Accountability.
- Employee - If your payroll system integration was built to generate an email notification to a designated office contact, select the Employee here. This Employee's email address will be used for the notification.
