[Android] Log-in issues after app update
Clear app data to resolve Android log-in issues
Issue
Android's automatic data back-up has been known to create conflicts during app updates. Users on Android devices have reported log-in issues after updating to a new version of the COUNTA app.
Solution: Clear App Data
Follow these steps to resolve the log-in issues.
-
Open the Settings app on your Android device.
-
Navigate to Apps.
-
Locate and select Counta from the list of installed apps.
-
Tap on Storage.
-
Tap Clear data and confirm by selecting OK.
-
Note: Clearing the app’s data will delete all associated files, settings, accounts, and databases. This action will reset the app to its default settings.
-
-
Reopen the COUNTA app and attempt to log in again.
