How to create a resource tracker from estimates.

Keep track of resources used in an estimate.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to JOBS > Estimates.
  2. Select the estimate Job No. you wish to view.
  3. Select the Activity dropdown and click Resource Tracker.
  4. Select the PROBABILITY from the drop-down list if necessary. 
  5. Select or choose how to DISPLAY the screen if necessary. 
  6. Check the box next to the TASK TYPE
  7. Click ADD MONTHS to allocate the hours evenly over multiple months.
  8. Enter the DATE and NUMBER OF MONTHS if necessary. 
  9. Click OK
